LOAD513 - 2nd Posting.

I have being creating and posting to the LOAD513 Flickr group every day so far this month. Today's prompt might be a little tricky but I have a few ideas.  Here's what I did last week.

Day 6 the clue was Red Herring.  I chose to scrap three photos of Charo taken on our 20th anniversary cruise.

LOAD6 - a twist on the Red Herring. We got to see Charo while on our anniversary cruise in 2001 and knew that she was a trained classical guitarist as well as the Coochy-Coochy girl. But for someone who's only seen the flamboyant - the classical guitar is amazing.
All supplies are by Urusla Schneider (ScrapGirls) her Arizona Sunset kit. No template this time.

Day 7 the clue was related to the great mysteries of life, WHY?

Template by Angie Briggs (ScrapGirls) SSLOAlb-Ser8_pg4,background paper by Jan Ransley (ScrapGirls) ILoveLondon kit, and CUTapes by Amanda Rockwell (ScrapbookGraphics)
I seem to have more paper clutter than anything else and it is so hard to get rid of perfectly good wire-bound booklets, note pads, sticky notes, receipts, race numbers, half-read magazines, etc. So that's my WHY?

Day8 the clue was Colonel Mustard.

LOAD8---Colonel-Mustard---Pagosa-Springs

The clue/prompt for today was Colonel Mustard so I recolored a few items mustard yellow. The template is Katy the ScrapbookLady's Stunning Shots which was a free gift on The Daily Digi Nov 2012. All the other supplies are by Julie Billingsley of the Sweet Shoppe, her kit "Imagine That."

Day 9 the clue was a weapon, the Revolver.

LOAD9---Target-of-my-Affection

With a clue of Revolver, all I could think of was target practice (which I haven't done in YEARS.) I finally decided to do a target of hearts and stick my sweetheart in the center. I ended up using Puppetwarp to make the hearts sort-of conform to the heart shape but in the color scheme of a bulls-eye target. I scattered sprinkles (recolored) to be gunshot splatter and used paper airplanes as my arrows. I found a perfect wordart and a lovely comic couple to finish it off.
Background - FaithTrue 4Ever kit, Heart circles - Kellie Mize Circle of Love, Center heart- Julie Larsen LoveyDovey, Couple - Sherriejd CouplesTherapy, Sprinkles - Valerie Wibbins Sweet Tooth Sprinkles, Paper Airplanes - Allison Pennington Playground Love, Word Art - Meghan Mullens Lucky in Love.

Day 10 the clue was the STUDY.

LOAD10---Study

This turned out to be relatively easy. I did have to find some "Polaroid"-type frames and make my own masks for my pictures but that wasn't hard. Then it was put things down, label, add journaling, and drop shadows. I have many more photos of the wild flowers around North Central New Mexico but, as with these, I don't know what all the flowers are. Guess I'll have to STUDY.
Photo frames are from AD Designs by Anita - Favorite Moments. All the rest are from a Sweet Shoppe Designs Collaboration called Smart Aleck. Font is AR Berkley.

Day 11's clue was a motive, LUST.

LOAD---11-Lust-for-Black-Cat

Lust equals Passion and that's what I have for my black cat, Shitani. He's about 13 years old and is a real sweetheart - so long as I get up early (4-4:30 am) to feed him and as long as you're not that nasty female black and white cat that also lives in the house. Could I commit a murder for that cat - maybe - but let's not test it, okay?
No template. Background paper is by Valerie Randall (ScrapGirls) Abstractions kit. Paper over background by Angie Briggs (ScrapGirls) BeingWithYou kit. Butterflies by Shawuna Clingerman (SweetShoppeDesigns) Beauty, Time and Distance kit), Gem by Shawnery Mathis (ACoT) Antique Love kit
